Change WordPress Login Logo Without Plugin
Although, in this case it may not apply, I always like to backup any default file before do any thing. So let us first backup some files form your server before we start the procedure.
WordPress login logo is actually the following image file Just Follow the path:
you can replace or delete this logo image but i advice to just rename it and upload you logo in png format and rename it previous file name.

Now Change The ALT Text and Default URL.
Changing WordPress login logo text (or alt text) and the URL the logo points to can be a bit tricky. You have to manually edit the following file:
Open wp-login.php and edit it in your favourite editor.

In above code replace http://wordpress.org with your site url or your favourite url be carefull ok? than to change alt text just replace powered by wordpress with your favourite alt text
